Our Team

We help organizations understand what’s really happening on the ground—and turn that insight into practical, usable solutions that improve safety, performance, and decision-making.

Since launching Pointed Solutions in 2025, we have partnered with leaders in the real estate and residential development sector to address the realities faced by customer-facing teams working alone.

Our Approach

Listening first

Turning complexity into clear, actionable direction

Identifying patterns others miss

Aligning leadership, policy, and training so they reinforce each other

Our Mission

To strengthen safety and decision-making in real-world environments by turning frontline insight into practical training, tools, and systems organizations can rely on.

Our Focus

We are focused on doing meaningful work that improves how people and organizations prepare for and operate in real-world environments—strengthening both safety and performance.

Awards & Recognitions

Before starting Pointed Solutions, I spent over 20 years with the RCMP, where I led front-line teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments, directed complex investigations, and supported people through challenging and often sensitive situations.

My ability to listen carefully, identify meaningful details, and recognize patterns in complex situations was shaped through that work, and further developed through formal training in mediation. I obtained Level II mediation certification through the University of Prince Edward Island and completed 65 victim-offender mediations—experience that continues to influence how I assess risk, ask questions, and support organizations today.
